1. Free Members.

In L2JMaster there are no free members, nor is the member given any kind of free or trial file. For that, we have our own test server where the member can enter for free and try everything you want for as long as you want before acquiring the project. The member can see that everything shown on the test server is equal to the information provided on our website and our facebook. For that, we have quite explicit images and videos about what L2JMaster is offering. In this way, it is guaranteed that the product is true. L2JMaster has two types of projects. One Silver and another Premium. Both projects vary in features. Thus, an donate less than the stipulated below will not be accepted.

2. Silver Members.

The member will have access to a compiled project: This version include support, and forum access, contribute to the project and be rewarded for their work.

3. Premium Members.

They will have access to the last version of the L2JMaster project source (.jars sources not included), as well as Geodata, Textures, System, access to the forum. Free support and updates will also be provided as long as the member has not modified the source code on their own. The installation of the project is provided free of charge if necessary.

4. Donations.

By donating any amount to L2JMaster motivates us to continue working and you automatically agree to the following:
All donations are final and non-refundable.
You do not receive any service or product.
Any attempt to fraud in the donation system, will lead to the permanent removal of your account.
You understand that this is a voluntary donation.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not send any donations.
Donations are mainly used to cover domain payments, webhosting and more.

You will have to add 10% to the total amount you wish to donate (Paypal tax).
Once you have donated, send a message through our facebook page or Skype.
There is no registration fee, monthly payment or annuity. Any modification that the member requires will have a separate cost depending on such modification.

5. License and IP Address Requirements.

The L2JMaster project operates under a license system linked to a registered static public IP address.
The customer must have and maintain a static public IP address for the server where the L2JMaster project will be hosted.
If the server's IP address changes or does not match the registered IP address, the server console will not start until the license has been updated by L2JMaster.
Each license includes one (1) free IP address change every twelve (12) months, starting from the original license activation date.
Any additional IP address changes within the same twelve-month period will incur a fee of €15.00 per change.
Unused free IP address changes cannot be accumulated or transferred to subsequent periods.
The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid static public IP address and requesting any necessary license updates.

6. License Ownership and Unauthorized Distribution.

All L2JMaster licenses are personal, non-transferable, and exclusively assigned to the original purchaser.
Customers are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, gifting, transferring, selling, or reselling their purchased copy of the L2JMaster project, whether modified or unmodified, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from L2JMaster.
This restriction applies to both Silver and Premium memberships, including compiled files, source code, modified versions, and any other materials provided as part of the project.
Any verified violation of these conditions will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of the customer's license and all associated membership benefits, including access to updates, technical support, downloads, and private resources.
Additionally, the customer's L2JMaster account will be permanently banned.
These measures may be applied without prior warning when unauthorized distribution or resale has been confirmed, subject to applicable law.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
Using L2JMaster, you agree to the following:

You will NOT sell any revision of the L2JMaster package, as part or as a whole, customized or not.
You will NOT sell any customized modifications that do not belong to you without the author's exclusive permission.
You will NOT sell any package derived from L2JMaster without our exclusive permission.
You will NOT share or sell, as a member, any post or revision revisions.
You will NOT share any information about our private conversations or our forum without our exclusive permission.

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice.
